These terms govern orders placed on the website for pickup at the Cielé Brunch shop.

Service

Cielé Brunch allows online orders for pickup at Calle Rectoría 12, local 4, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat. The purchase is paid through Stripe and pickup takes place at the shop during available opening hours.

Availability and opening hours

  • Orders are only accepted when the website indicates that the service is open or available.
  • Opening hours may change due to holidays, high occupancy, events, maintenance or operational circumstances.
  • If the shop is closed, paused or has limited availability, checkout may be temporarily blocked.

Preparation and pickup

  • After payment, Stripe will send confirmation and Cielé Brunch will receive the order notice.
  • The order is prepared for pickup at the counter. The person picking it up may need to show the confirmation or provide the order name.
  • Food products are prepared for consumption close to pickup time. We recommend arriving on time to preserve quality, temperature and texture.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at 637 209 606 or info@cielebrunch.com.

If the order is already being prepared or is ready, cancellation may not be possible because it is perishable and customized product.

When a refund applies, it will be processed through the same payment method used in Stripe.

EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: As these are food products prepared to order and with a short shelf life (perishable products), in accordance with Article 103(d) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Once the order moves to the "In preparation" status, cancellations, changes or returns will not be accepted. If the customer does not collect the order before the establishment's closing time on the selected day, the order will be considered completed without the right to a refund for food safety reasons.

Allergens and customization

The website may allow notes and customizations, but it cannot guarantee total absence of traces. If you have relevant allergies or intolerances, let us know before finalizing the order and confirm the information with the shop team.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is made through Stripe Checkout, which processes payment data securely.

Acceptance

To start payment, you must accept these terms and the privacy policy. This acceptance is recorded as part of the purchase flow.
